You can choose a design from our stock catalog and add lettering. We do not charge for this service.

The other option is to send us your art or logo. We prefer vector files like .eps but .jpg and .bmp file also work as long as they are as big or bigger than your embroidered design will be. Jane will look at the art provided and give you a quote for digitizing your logo.

Digitizing is the process in which your art is converted to stitches. The digitizing of left chest designs starts at $50. Once the design is digitized, it is yours to use however you wish. If you wish to use a different embroiderer in the future, we will provide you with a copy of the digitized file at no charge. The cost per item for embroidering a design that is sized to fit on the left chest starts at $8 depending on the number of stitches in the design.

The next task is to choose garments to embroider. We have wholesale accounts with many different providers that are listed in this web site. We can provide just about anything wearable plus bags, coolers, blankets and many other items. You may bring us your own items if you wish. Please note that we have to charge sales tax if we embroider on your items. There is no sales tax if we sell you the garment.

You will now need to choose the color of the thread used in your logo. We have many colors to choose from. If we don’t have the color you are looking for, we probably know where to find it.

The whole process typically takes about two weeks or less. We are extremely busy from October through the end of the year. Items ordered during that period could take a little longer.

We take great pride in our work and strive to provide a quality product at a reasonable price. We operate out of our basement and we are able to pass our low overhead on to our customers.
